Wildlife Conflicts

• Property Inspection Only $ - Winter special for inspection of residential property (Including Attic, Crawlspace, and up to 1 acre lot)

• Commercial Property Inspection – Price Varies Please Call

• Inspection / Trap Setup $ - Inspection of premises, evaluation of situation, setting of traps/equipment.

• Per Animal Removal Fee $ - Trap Monitoring system is used and we respond once alert system is triggered and we/you are notified.

• Exclusion/Damage Repairs $ minimum – Varies with extent of damage and animal damage (Inspection fee is taken off price) - Sealing structure with one (1) year guarantee/warranty against wildlife using structure.

• Attic Clean-out, Restoration to Original State - Price varies and will be quoted after building inspection.

• Skunk, Urine, Fecal Matter, Dead Animal Odor Removal – Cents per square foot (Based on distance,  locations square footage, $ minimum charge)

• Crawl Space, Deck, Fence Exclusion from burrowing animals $ minimum – Price Varies on size but averages $ per linear foot one (1) year guarantee/warranty against wildlife.

Bird Management

• Bird Netting Exclusion $ per square foot minimum - Installation of 3/4 inch netting to prevent birds from accessing areas of structure. Inspection required but taken off total cost.

• Bird Trapping $ per 3 day rotation - Intense 3-day trapping program – unlimited birds removed – Popular Monthly Program - 10% Discount if 6 Month Contract Signed and paid in full / 15% Discount if Annual Contract signed and paid in full (Pigeons, Grackles, Etc. Only non-migratory birds)

• Harassment - Creation and implementation of harassment program for behavior modification of roosting birds.  Call.  Cost is based on time, products, Geese location and procedures used.

• Canada Goose Roundup  Capture and translocation of Canada geese. $ minimum project charge plus $ per bird and travel.

Rodent and Mole Control Programs

• 12 Day Mole / Gopher Program $ setup and $ per trap check – Trapping program for moles / Gophers / Voles (4 trap checks – unlimited Moles / Gophers / Voles)

• Monthly Mole / Gopher Program $ setup and $ per trap check - Trapping program for moles (4 trap checks – unlimited moles/ gophers / voles) 10% Discount if 6 Month Contract Signed / 15% Discount if Annual Contract signed and paid in full.

• Monthly Mouse Program $ per month - Trapping program for house mice. (30-50 traps set – 1 trap check per month – price does not include exclusion/clean-up/odor removal) 10% Discount if 6 Month Contract Signed / 15% Discount if Annual Contract signed and paid in full.

• Mice / Mouse / Rat Proofing (Inspection fee is taken off price) - Price quoted after initial inspection.

Bat Management

• Building / Risk Inspection $ – $ (Based on time of year, size of structure, and location) – Inspection of structure to determine work required to solve problem. Inspection of structure to determine bat exposure risk to occupants and work required to solve problem with photographs and written report.

• Removal of individual bat $ with no guarantee of finding bat.

• Bat Proofing / Exclusion of Structure (Inspection fee is taken off price) - Sealing structure and removal of bats with one (1) year guarantee against bat colonies using structure.  $1,500 minimum and increases based on size of structure, architecture, and distance.

• Attic Clean-out, Restoration to Original State / Bat Clean-Up - Price varies and will be quoted after building inspection.

Live Honey Bee Removals

• Swarm Removal $ Minimum – Price will vary upon location, lift and distance.

• Structural Bee Removal $ Minimum - Price will vary upon location, lift and distance. $ for set-up and first hour, $ for each additional hour. Damage Repair not included but quoted.
